We collect information you provide directly when you fill out the Interest List form or otherwise contact us, including:

• Contact information: Name, email address, phone number
• Interest preferences: What you're looking for (pricing, availability, floor plans, etc.)
• Messages: Any questions or notes you include in your inquiry
• SMS consent: Whether you've opted in to receive text message communications

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including:

• Traffic source data: UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, etc.) from the URL you arrived on
• Device information: Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet), browser type
• Session data: First landing page, referring website or URL, visit count, time spent on site

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to the Entrada community or Gold Key Development, Inc.'s real estate activities.

Who We Share Information With

We share your information only with the service providers and parties necessary to operate our sales and marketing activities:

• Netlify: Our website host. Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify's form handling infrastructure. Netlify is GDPR-compliant and does not use your data for its own marketing purposes.
• GoHighLevel (GHL): Our primary CRM platform, used to manage leads, send follow-up communications, and track your interest in Entrada.
• Bold Trail: A real estate CRM platform used for lead management and agent coordination.
• Google Analytics: Website analytics. If you accept all cookies, Google may receive anonymized data about your visit. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): If you accepted marketing cookies, Meta may receive conversion data through the Meta Pixel to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
• Gold Key Development, Inc.: Project inquiry information may be used to follow up with you regarding Entrada.

All service providers are required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and only for the purposes described above.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. You can control your cookie preferences through the banner that appears when you first visit the site.

Essential cookies are always active and are necessary for the website to function (e.g., remembering your cookie preference).

Analytics and marketing cookies are only loaded when you click "Accept All" on the cookie banner. These may include:

• Google Analytics — measures traffic, page views, and user behavior
• Meta Pixel — tracks conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads
• Google Tag Manager — manages and deploys tracking tags

We also collect certain attribution data (UTM parameters, referrer, device type) in localStorage under the key entrada_attribution_v1. This data helps us understand which marketing channels are working and is included automatically in your form submission. It does not leave your device except when you submit a form.

Text Messages (SMS) and TCPA

We may send text messages to your mobile phone number if you have expressly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our Interest List form.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We will only send SMS messages to individuals who have expressly opted in. We will never add your number to an SMS list based on implied consent alone.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may also email us at entrada@newhomesparamount.com to request removal from SMS communications.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information:

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

• Form submissions (Netlify): Retained for up to 12 months from submission, or until you request deletion
• CRM records (GoHighLevel / Bold Trail): Retained for the duration of the Entrada sales cycle and up to 3 years thereafter for business records
• Analytics data: Subject to Google Analytics and Meta retention policies (typically 14–26 months)
• SMS opt-in records: Retained for a minimum of 4 years to demonstrate TCPA compliance, even after you opt out

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us as described in Section 11.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:

• HTTPS encryption on all pages of this website (enforced by Netlify)
• Secure, access-controlled storage within our CRM platforms
• Limiting access to your personal information to team members who need it to respond to your inquiry

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
